Hello! I’m Natalie :) I’m an independent hairstylist at Brush (in the lower portion of the country club.) While I do specialize in lived-in color and blonding, I enjoy All things color. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made 2 or more days before the scheduled appointment will not result in a fee. Cancellations made the calendar day before the appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total.
If a cancellation fee is unable to be processed on the same day as the cancellation, the card on file may still be charged for up to 14 days following the scheduled appointment date.
To be considered valid, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made directly to my phone number at (740) 341-0350.
